2. Learning Agreement

• The Learning Agreement sets out your rights and obligations as a student of Elinor International Health and Safety and constitutes the terms and conditions of your enrolment. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms, you may cancel your course within the timeframes detailed below and receive a refund or credit for the full amount minus any costs incurred by Elinor International Health and Safety

3. Complaints Procedure

• Elinor International Health and Safety aims to ensure that it fully complies with its obligations under the Learning Agreement and that all our clients are completely satisfied with the service they receive. However, if you believe that we have not fulfilled our obligations as set out in the Learning Agreement or if you are dissatisfied with any other aspect of the service you have received from Elinor Internacional Seguridad y Salud, we would appreciate it if you could send your comments to internacional@elinor.es. You may also send your complaint by post to Elinor Internacional Seguridad y Salud, C/ Gutiérrez Herrero, 52, 33402, Avilés, Asturias. All complaints will be dealt with directly by the Management of Elinor Internacional Seguridad y Salud, who will acknowledge receipt of them and respond personally to your concerns within a short period of time.

4. Cancellations and refunds

We are confident that you will be fully satisfied with your studies, but should this not be the case, you may cancel your course under the following terms. Please note that refunds will not be paid to candidates who drop out of the course without prior notice and do not follow the terms of the policy set out below.

• Cancellation of face-to-face courses
  • Up to 31 days before the course start date: a full refund of the course fee is available.
  • Between 30 and 16 days before the course start date: a 70% refund of the course fee is available.
• Cancellation of distance learning and e-learning courses is subject to the return of purchased materials in good condition and receipt of written confirmation that all copies of the electronic material have been destroyed.
  • Up to 30 days after the date of dispatch of access codes or materials: a full refund of the course fee is available.
  • Between 31 and 45 days after the date of dispatch of access codes or materials: a 60% refund of the course fee may be obtained.
  • After 46 days from the date of acceptance of the application: course fees are non-refundable after 46 days from the dispatch of login details or materials. The course is deemed to have commenced from the date on which the student requests the materials and/or is granted access to the e-learning platform. The student may be entitled to a refund of examination fees paid to Elinor Internacional Seguridad y Salud provided that the cancellation is received before the student has been registered with the awarding body.
• Refund of examination fees: a refund of examination fees paid to Elinor Internacional Seguridad y Salud may be obtained provided that the cancellation is received before the student has been registered with the awarding body.
• Revision guides and reference books:
  • Printed materials returned within 14 days: a full refund (excluding postage and packaging) can be obtained by returning the printed materials within 14 days. This is subject to the materials being in good condition and returned within 14 days of the goods being dispatched. Electronic materials returned within 7 days: a full refund may be obtained for the return of electronic materials within This is subject to written confirmation that all copies have been destroyed.

Limitation of Liability

Through this website, Elinor Internacional Seguridad y Salud provides you with and grants you access to data, programmes, opinions, reviews or information, whatever their origin, via its network or networks.
